Rationale/Purpose

Merici College has a compulsory school uniform. This uniform is our identity and when students wear the uniform outside of school they represent the school and all it stands for.

Policy

Merici College is committed to ensuring all our students wear the College uniform appropriately. The uniform does follow WHS regulations regarding safe footwear and the wearing of excessive jewellery.

Procedures

Full Merici Uniform is compulsory.

All garments should be clearly marked with the student’s name. All uniform items MUST be maintained in presentable, wearable fashion at all times- broken shoes, jumpers with holes in them and torn uniforms are not acceptable at any time. Students will be asked to remove these items and replace them.
